What time on 10/21 do you plan on starting things & what time ending on 10/23?
And for you DFW guys, what time on 10/21 will you be departing to head down?

Friday's, 10/21, activities will include registration and hanging out.
My wife and I should be at the host motel around 2:00 PM.
Activities will begin Saturday morning and conclude Sunday after lunch,
which should be around 2:00 PM.
After lunch on Sunday there is a planned
route to get attendees back towards the I-35 corridor.

Got an update question on BF...
I answered with this;
The plan for those attending is basically to just show up ready to
.
Bring your car camera also.
The event team is feverishly getting the final components together to insure everyone has a great time.
We've got a couple of out-of-state guest that are supposed to show along with a freshly imported German driven Euro E12.
Activities will start with Friday night registrations and conclude with a spirited route back to the I-35 corridor around 2PM on Sunday.
A complete packet including the agenda will be handed out when you register, along with an event T-shirt.
The host motel is the Blanco County Inn.
My wife and I and several other members will be there about 2 PM.
There is a car wash a few blocks away, as there won't be car washing facilities at the Inn. That said pack your car cleaning supplies.
Awards and door prizes are also going to be on hand.
There may be more, but...

BUMP!
Finally got off my lazy arse & booked hotels. Will be at Blanco Inn on Friday & Swiss Lodge Saturday. There's a wedding going on so Blanco was pretty much filled up but I did get on the waiting list if a room comes available.

For those of you who get into town on early enough on Friday you should check out the Real Ale brewery tour & tasting room.

Sounds good to me. I think I can do that Heir Brewmeister.
But only 'til 5:00?

Real ale is a brewery only, not a pub or restaurant. Thanks to the prohibition era laws we still have regarding beer sales in Texas, a brewery cannot sell you beer. You can go there, take a tour, and get free samples of the beer but you cannot buy any to consume or take away with you. That's why they aren't open later than 5.
There's a Place in Blanco called Red Bud Cafe that has all of their beer on tap though. Sample everything at the brewery for free and then head over to Red Bud to have a pint of what you liked the most. Or several...

How's the food at Red Bud Cafe? Worthy of a stop on Saturday evening?

T-shirts and event window stickers will be on hand, NOT FOR SALE though, they are compliments of our sponsors.
Any other parts swapping, selling, etc. is OK by the event mgmt. team.
If anybody needs any particular used parts, I'd be happy to bring what I have if it will fit in the car.
Here's
the weather forecast. Gonna be a perfect weekend in so many ways.

Does anyone have a bed to spare saturday? The only room left is an apartment at the swiss lodge for $100 with small beds. I can't find anything in Johnson City either.

If nothing else turns up, bring some sleeping bags, we'll have some floor space.
I've got an air mattress I can bring.
, but no hanky panky.

I'm a leaving my house around 10:00 AM Friday.
Have decided on the leisurely route, I-10 west to Luling, then northwest to Blanco.
Should be cruising past Katy Mills Mall around 10:30 if anyone want to join us.
P.S.
Don't forget your FRS radio.
