Make sure your hoses are clamped tightly to the housing and that all the sensors are on snug with new crush washers. I powder coated my housing and a small amount of coolant seeped out of one sensors and etched the paint. Now it's a big eyesore.

thanks for the heads up. hoses shouldn't be an issue they are silicone. i had to fight with them on the housing just to get them on took me about 20 minutes to do so. lol.

That intake is hot.

I mean that literally, all that intake does is suck in hot air from right above the exhaust manifold. Horsepower reducing mods FTW!

The earliest one I can find...

After the B34 head went on the B35 bottom end.

The next round of wire-tucking and painting has commenced. Expect the PCV rerouted to the IACV port on the manifold, IACV delete, battery relocation, M30B28 intake manifold, MAF, hydroboost system removal, coolant overflow rerouted to battery tray, and a lot more copper hardware, all by the end of the year. :D

Should work out well. I plan to adapt a copper tank to go along with all of the other hardware in the bay.

Dayum look bhow much room there is in there! Doesn't look natural without the 6 cylinder in there.

My wife's. I Probably need to change out the wires and plugs (been a while according to records) and do something about that bypass hose. But notice the almost brand new expansion tank (2 years old)!
