Thanks to Bob Knox for cutting the aluminum and Sweeney for cleaning up the valvecover and securing the logo.

That is slick! You should get some other products pumping out -- Like a TCD shift knob etc
Good stuff!

Is that a separate piece attached to a stock cover, or is it milled into a stock cover? I can't quite decide from the pic.

NICE!! Glad to see it turned out OK. Man I miss that waterjet cutter. My new job is really fun, but I don't have the big toys anymore. It's kind of funny. I went from designing military application stuff to help our troops kill people faster/more accurately to medical device design to save people's lives quicker and easier. Talk about job security. I can feed the system from either end.

Sweeney milled the top of the valve cover smooth and then used some NASA approved epoxy to secure the logo to the valve cover. It was then bead blasted and powder coated.

So will your lawyers require that you include a warning that the valve cover may suffer damage during re-entry?
Sorry, tasteless joke of the day...

John Stahl is a troll, he is one of us too by the way. He knows stuff from the begining of the mye28.com board. Not a lurker for sure.
