What sized allen sockets do i need to repalce my diff? I know I need them for the axle shafts, but anything else I need to remove with any special tools?

You need:
17mm + 19mm wrenches and sockets
10mm allen socket
kroil or PB Blaster
GOOD HD floor jack
Nice to have:
17mm + 19mm ratchet wrenches
air or electric impact to remove the half shafts
You need to clean all the gunk out of the bolt heads on the half shafts to make sure the allen key is in there nice and tight.
Be careful! The diff weighs A LOT. you don't want to drop it on your face. (@)

I would also bring along some red Loctite for the driveshaft nuts unless you're using new self-locking nuts from the dealer.

You can say that again. Brian had to make a homemade breaker bar so that Layton and I could pull a couple of diffs Sunday at the yard. So I would add breaker bar to the list if you don't have air or electric impact tools.

Why breaker bar, what could be on there that bad?? I mena, I have one, but not with the small sockets in the 1/2 inch drive.

Ken,
The bolts that bolt the diff to the subframe are ON THERE, especially if the diff has never come off. Since you have to use a wrench on those botls, just hook a second wrench to the end of the first one and use that as a breaker bar. F*d = T, remember.
The output shaft bolts are quite difficult, too, especially if you have a small ratchet. I found it easier to use a piece of pipe or the end of a metal broom handle as a breaker bar by sliding it over the ratchet. It works great.
This is really not that hard of a job. The biggest trouble I always have is lining up all four subframe bolts. ARGH. It's especially hard doing it alone -- I did it once or twice alone.
