Ahh the future of the wheel......

Actually that is rather interesting, I would just wonder what would happen at 150mph when you hit the brakes.

It is nice, you don't have to worry about a tire going flat, but you can't change the stiffness of the tire either.

Oh i'm sure they will sell extra stiff tires and stuff. They look cool, but i'm skeptical until they go into production. But hell I'd try some if the price is right.

Not a terrible idea for most idiots, but I like to be able to tune my handling with slight changes of tire pressure. How would you do that with this system??????

The open spokes are only for demonstration purposes. For actual production they will have closed sidewalls. They could then have the ability to add air pressure to increase stiffness.
