Are there any differences between the Super Eta intake, and the regular one? Same goes, does a 525/325i intake differ? I had
read somewhere that the "e" and '"i" intakes were slightly different in size...
I'm, going to be getting an Original eta intake powder coated, and I wanted to be sure that when I swap it
on the super Eta, that its actually different.

The eta, Super-eta and i motors each have their own unique intake manifolds and throttle bodies...meaning they are all different. The length and diameter of the intake runners are different, contributing to each motor's different characteristics - eta=low RPM torque, i=high RPM power.
The Super-eta and i share the same exhaust manifolds and air filter assembly which are different from the eta.
So, to answer your original question, there is not a significant volumetric difference between the eta and Super-eta intake manifolds, however, the Super-eta has longer, smaller diameter intake runners than the eta. And while the two manifolds may be physically interchangable, they are not operationally interchangable.

You must have meant to say that the super eta has larger diameter intake runners. Lenghts are the same. The "i" intake has shorter runners. There is also some difference due to the CSV.
I have a powdercoated super eta intake for sale. E-mail me if interested
