I'm selling my daily driven 1992 735i. It is in immaculate condition with only a few minor flaws. The paint is in excellent shape with no oxidation. The car has spent most of its time garaged, even the paint on the lower bumpers and rearview mirrors (usually fades first) is in excellent shape. Interior is all original black leather with no rips or tears. The car runs absolutely perfectly. Engine starts up right away hot or cold, and the transmission shifts smoothly. The heater and A/C work perfectly as well. It gets around 22 MPG on the freeway using cruise control.

That car looks awesome, but would be much improved with my Eibach lowering springs, BBS wheels, & five speed. And parked in my driveway.
Any recent suspension work done on it, or issues with the suspension/steering? Would you trust it for a 1600 mile drive as it sits right now?
Also, is the AC using R12 or R134?

Haha I very much agree with the 5-speed. You can feel just a slight shimmy under hard braking, but it's otherwise perfectly smooth all the way up to and over 80 MPH. Nothing has been replaced recently, but I would have no problems trusting it to make a drive of any distance. I've put about 2500 miles on it just this month without any issues.
I would guess that the A/C is R12. The fittings look original and there is no conversion sticker. It just has a green label mentioning the capacity, but doesn't specify R12 or R134a.
