I started getting it ready to bolt on and i've been taking pics as i go.

September 7, 2014

I'm getting antsy. It's time to prep parts for install. Yesterday I started coating the exhaust manifold.

Once i get the coating cured, i've got some titanium exhaust wrap to cover the manifold. Gonna be tight between some of those runners though, so hopefully i don't have to many gaps in the wrap.

Started work on wrapping the manifold. This is a lot tougher than i thought it would be.

plastic zip ties will be replaced with stainless ones before i spray a coating over the wrap. the plastics are just there to help with the wrapping process and keep the winds tight.

yes it's 44mm vband. can always run an adapter in between, but you may run into clearance issues.
