b35 vr ms2 setup question

I have been suspecting my vr in the dizzy is going bad. I drove the car to the store a couple days ago, and when I came out it wouldn't start. I opened the glove box to see if it was getting vr pulse,it wasn't. I popped the hood checked the wires, everything looked good. The car then started, but continued to drop vr signal while cruising steadily down the road. I would like to get a b35 crank sensor setup, seems like it might be more reliable since it spins twice as fast as the dizzy vr.
I'll be keeping my msd6a and blaster2 coil.

I would appreciate ms settings for trigger angle, skip teeth, and delay teeth (I searched but didn't find it anywhere),and any other settings I'll need to change over.
thanks,
marc

From the Megasquirt FAQ. Be aware that it is set to wasted spark, but all other settings should be the same.

Thanks Brad,
I should have stated I'm using megatune 2.687 . My windows are different from the megamanual screen you show. On mine trigger wheel settings ask for skip teeth and delay teeth. On the ignition setting window it ask for trigger offset degrees. My trigger is set at 0 currently as I physically adjust with dizzy. I just need

skip teeth?
delay teeth?
and trigger offset degrees?

any help appreciated
marc
