I'm looking at these pics again, and I have to ask, why does the spoiler extend beyond the sides of the trunk lid? All the others I've seen are even with the trunk lid. Looks strange to me, are you sure it's for a 6-series, and not a 7?

Because it's a Zender, not the OE BMW unit.

I knew it was a Zender, but never noticed that trunk overhang before. Really not liking the look, so I think I'm going to pass. But, if anyone has an OEM, I'm still interested. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Actually quite a few of the various spoilers for the e24 extend onto the fenders. I guess it is more function than fit for some. The Alpina spoiler as well as the FOHA spoilers did the same. Even the factory M-tech spoiler overhangs the deck lid slightly. Still; most people prefer the factory options.
