If I had a big shop or barn or something I'd have a lot more stuff. Prices these days are so cheap for lots of stuff, not great quality, but good enough for occasional use. I'd love a press. I'd kill for a parts washer. Maybe a dedicated welding area? But even with a decent sized garage, there's not really that much space.

I just picked up a 5-pound capacity vibratory polisher and some media from Harbor Freight, and I hope to try it out this weekend. Then I can try out my plating stuff from Caswell.

I'll let you know how it works. It was only $59. so it's probably not worth shipping back and forth. I hope it works well. I've got some crushed walnut shells and some plastic media, so I'll do some experimenting. The damn E24 just threw its power steering belt, taking the a/c belt with it, so that may come first on the project list this weekend.

It wasn't today, but before we left the US I picked up a pair of new LifeProof cases for my wife's and my iPhones. I had one of them for my old iPhone, and was missing it. Clearance price, $40; first one I bought in 2013 was $75. Couldn't walk past that one.

Also bought an EnerPlex Jumpr Prime 7800 Power Bank 7.8Ah reserve battery for phones or whatever. $10. It's already come in handy several times.

Hero. Thank you. What I really wanted was the 3027 tool, which is only $34 on that site. Nice.

Cool. What kind of Clamp are you going to use? I read extensively about removing the a-arm bushing and lots of the authors seemed to think that the only way to remove them is with a press. Or at least that is what I was given to understand; I kind of had the swirleys after reading all the posts on the subject.
