Hello, first time posting on Mye28, so excuse me if I am in the wrong section.
I recently traded my E46 for a project E28. Well project was an understatement. After investing a lot of time and money that I didn’t really have I’ve given up on my build. I am split between selling The car as a whole or parting it out. But knowing that I’m probably going to get as much for the whole car as I would for the turbo alone I figure I’ll post it up and pull it if anybody is interested. So the turbo is a KKK K27 from a euro E23 745i. It includes all the plumbing to the stock intake manifold, recirculator valve, exhaust manifold and even the factory intercooler if you’re interested in paying the shipping. I had the car running on the stock ECU but that wasn’t designed for the forced induction. I tried getting an old Accel DFI unit working on the car but after trying to find an old copy of CalMap and the old school cable I decided to call It quits. Turbo is qualified at 22 psi and can “output 500hp” quoted, not verified.

If you had it running on 059 you should have added a Begi 2025 and been pretty much done with it.

What is your asking price? Do you have any photos of it? What is the condition of the turbo seals?

I saw a couple 2025s on EBay but as I mentioned I’ve already invested quite a bit into trying to get the Accel working. I can’t inspect the turbo too thoroughly as it kinda shoehorns down under the exhaust manifold. I’ve taken the intake off and checked for play in the compressor and it feels tight. I was hoping to get $1500 for the whole setup including the headers, intake tubes and intercooler. I’ll try to include a photo of the engine bay but as I mentioned it’s not east to get a look at the turbo
