Anyone used a Mercedes diesel Garret turbo?

I've got an m30b32-33 and an m30b34 sitting and about 3-4 older Mercedes turbos I believe all to be Garret's one may be the KKK one but from what I've read they're a good turbo in comparison to the holster? Or whatever it's called does anyone know if I'd run into an issue I have pretty thorough knowledge on these old motors but am just curious of if these turbos would spool quick enough I know they'll provide plenty of boost as they're capable of upwards of 30 psi for the old 300d turbos they came.off of? Any advice or insight would be appreciated please no trolling I don't care for that it's just a genuine question I've not been able to find a clear answer on everything redirects me to Benz 123 forums

I am not sure what dumbass claims they can run 30psi with that tiny thing on their 617 or M30. I have a 300SD I have owned for creeping on 20 years. Factory boost was 9-11psi. Car makes 127hp and 175tq.
There is no way I would use one on an M30. Tiny T3 turbine housing. Itty bitty compressor wheel. If the cost of a new T4 Garrett scares you off, you cannot afford a proper FI system.
The other brand you mention is Holset, not Holster.
Really, you obviously have no clue about FI let alone on an M30. Start doing quality research then ask educated questions.

It doesn't mater what the turbo came form, find the specs and you will be able to see if it may be a good match for the M30.
