Alternator Wiring Rubber Protection Caps

Hello,

Looking to replace the alternator rubber caps on my vehicle... As it turns out, I can only find the small one in the parts book 61 13 1 363 318, however
I cannot find the one for the positive cable (large) The closest thing online are MB 0005463335 or Bosch 3130558000 and ALL76154 from Amazon, but I would like to find the OEM#... Can anyone help? Thank you.
