Torque specs camshaft caps

Hello. For my S38B35 engine (E28 M5), I am looking for the torque specs for the flange nuts that secure the camshaft caps. Can anyone help me with this info, please? Also, how hard should it be to spin the camshafts once tightened it the proper torque? Is it possible to tighten to the point its hard to turn them? Thanks so much for your advice.
