LED conversion for 5 3/4"-diameter headlights

Ran the other day into this, it looks much more appropriate than the LED conversions that appear to have weird googly eyes:

has anyone ever tried it, or something similar? Would love to hear any feedback

Interesting. Someone here installed some 5.75 LEDs a while ago and while they didn't look particularly good, they seemed bright and he said they were well controlled and not bad on glare. From the pic on the link, these look pretty good. Hope so.

Holley (with another manufacturer) makes 5.75 headlights that don't look out of place on an older car, see here:

Note that you can also get the Holleys in a warmer "classic" spectrum.
They're awfully expensive, though!

Yes it's true that the Holleys are _twice_ as expensive as the others, but frankly the data and technical info they offer is more what you'd expect from someone making a _serious_ push for an alternate product. Will definitely keep these on the lookout, thanks!
