Interior Sound insulation foam - e34 content

E34 content..
Car is 95 530i Touring .. had some of the rear interior trim panels off and the "foam" on the back of the panels just disintegrated to touch.. any suggestions as to what I could replace with?
Would you suggest Dynamat?
