Well i got half of the answer right.Isn't this car registered in the BMW M registry? http://www.bmwmregistry.com/detail.php?id=2674 There is always time for the TCD Stage 3 in the future and now you will have to change the owners name in the registry.Great find and enjoy.

Pretty dark. I can't tell you the percentage, but I can tell you it was put in recently to keep the previous owner in AZ cool.....

It's better looking in person, and once I get pics in better light, it will appear nicer.
