Fifthgear videos are at www.finalgear.com/downloads/fifthgear but they are bit torrent format.
So i guess you'll need to download that program/app. to watch them.
I'm not familiar with the program, but someone here may be able to help.

basically finalgear.com used to have torrents but bbc asked them to stop
so now u have to find them on your own...
join the forums at finalgear and there are many private ftp's that have the
complete seasons 1,2,3,4 etc of top gear
