OK guys. I received my tentative pricing. I'll be able to offer the gaskets at $210 plus shipping. M20 gaskets are available now. M30s in a few months. Gaskets are available in 4 thicknesses.

.070 stock
.080 for a shaved head
.120 for ~8/10s point compression drop
.140 for ~12/10s point compression drop

.80, .120, and .140 gaskets are an additional $10.

I have a .120 gasket coming next week for the Buzz Bomb.

Please post here if you want one. It's still a few months away but I need to place my order now. Hey Ken, S38 gaskets will be aavailabel as well. Similar pricing I would assume.

Thanks,
Todd

Not that I'm particularly interested in replacing my headgasket again, %) but are there any peculiarities associated with these headgaskets? Just install and use like a normal one? Seal fine when cold and all that (unlike copper)? I'm curious.

Installs like a normal gasket. Acts like a normal gasket with much more holding power!

Is there any difference in gaskets for the M106 (vs. M30)? Seems like this would be as good or better than whatever BMW sandwiched in there.

question, my car will be tuned for a 9.0:1 compression. i am assuming that if i change the compression by head gasket (say 8.5:1) i would have to have the car retuned right? so if this is true then put me down for a stock comrpession gasket. and the sooner the better. hopefully this one will hold for a while.

No. You won't have to retune the car. A .120 should be great for your car. Drop the compression to ~8.2
