For those who use BMW factory exhaust manifolds, and are losing hair regarding what you are going to do when factory wastegate breaks...I wanted to let you know that I am making a batch of higher performance 745i - style wastegates.
The entire wastegate is all handmade out of billet aluminum and is completely rebuildable.
I use a new, replacable diaphram which is nearly twice as large as the old diaphram. Your core is needed. However, the only parts I reuse are the base and the valve. Features adjustable spring tension, upper and lower nipples.
