The H3, V, U, M, is just a trim name that the TO4B uses.... what are the actual compression trim valves?

"trim values", huu,
Go here to Turbonetics site.
Turbonetics
click Catalog, click Turbochargers and Accessories, click T4 series turbochargers, at top click compressor wheels and housings. They list everything there you need to see what in a TO4b.

The Turbonetics compressor chart is from lower to higher hp as the wheels and housing get bigger, so where it falls in those tables is ~ the hp supported by map in that lineup.
