Yes, there's a flex disk. Your driveshaft u-joints might be worn out if you're going through them fast without excessive abuse.

sorry, i have an E34 535i

=]

i do drive with a fair amount of abuse....

recently took it to englishtown drag strip

and most recently have been kicking in the clutch during 2nd
gear turns to get the back end to slide around =\

Yeah, I have been thinking that it might be smart to look at making one out of delrin or something harder so it doesn't keep breaking.

but then wont other parts of the drivetrain take the hit?
flex disc is like 30 bucks if i remeber correctly?
