I've been through a couple DHs over the years. No idea if they still offer one though as I'm currently running an Interstate. Both have handled Arizona summers pretty well, many 60 month batteries last about 24 months with the heat.

Didn't Booker and a few other people say they're using an Optima Red Top with wonderful results? I can't remember the model of the one they're using, but they say it's awesome.
Anyone remember the model #?

Actually, I use a blue top optima (deep cycle marine). It has plenty of CA, and wil crank and crank and crank and....
The great thing is that if you do happen to run the battery all the way down, it will charge back up no problem. Starting batteries don't like to be run down all the way.
It also had threaded posts as well as the standard posts, so you have a convenient place to hook up any accesories.

I'm thinking that next time I want to find a lighter battery and lose some of that weight, Heck it's only a 3.5ltr engine
