Looking for recommendations and experiences on tires. I might do a few track and autocrosses, so experiences in that realm would help.

I would go with Bridgestone S03's. If you want to save a penny or two and get a few more miles try the Brigdestone RE 750's.

If your asking about tires for both street and an occasional DE or Auto-x, then I would second ekdemos recommnedations for Bridgestones S03s or RE750s. If track/auto-x only tires, then look at Kuhmo Victoracers for best blend of performance, tread wear, and $.

What do you need them for? All Season or just nice weather? I'm going with P-Zero Nero M&Ss.. got to try em and I loved em. $104 or whatever they were from Tire Rack.

Well I had Goodyear F1 GS-D3's on the car before I sent them back to discount tire because they tramlined all over the place. They followed every grove in the road as if it had a mind of its own. I now got myself Yokohama AVS dB S2's and so far, they are not only super quiet but they dont tramline! Thank god! As for the Bridgestone S03, doing my HW, I read they tramline also so I stayed away from them.

Had the Bridgestone SO3's and I'm now on my second set of Michelin PS2's. Much happier with ther PS2's. The SO3's had great traction and a very stiff sidewall which was great for cornering but lousy for comfort. The PS2's are much lighter, quieter, and more comfortable with equal grip and have held up decently at the track and auto-x. One caveat with the softer sidewalls of the PS2's is that they are more prone to rollover during agressive driving and I needed some decent front camber to keep off the shoulders of the tire (~1.5 degrees).

I am a fan of the Toyo T1-S...however they might be discontinued. The best price I've ever seen is Edge Racing...and I believe they are still selling those tires.

They are very forgiving tires and wear pretty well.
