Nice, that is outstanding. Thats which turbo? I pressume thats with 94octane?
I hope I can get that high with this system...
But, if your making full boost by 3k rpm, my turbo must be shit, cause I don't make peak boost untill 4.1k rpm. This T04B H3 must be crap compared to what your using? We have the same exhaust. Our exhaust manifolds can't make that much of a difference(yours to my Dinan), and the engine can't be that much different either, so Im figuring the turbo....

Again.................great numbers. It seems that everyone is getting their turbo cars sorted out except me
So Todd................will the turbo you have on my S2 kit support 510 RWHP which is my goal? Figure 20+ psi with water injection. If not, we need to look at one that will. Now is the time to do it since my engine will soon be in many pieces.
I would also like you to install one of them fancy 15 psi springs in my waste gate when you finish the install and tune the car. I figure I'll let the EBC handle boost over 15 psi. 8 psi is so lame 8)

Bump for graph. The Dynojet software on my computer stole 9rwtq and added .5 rwhp.

Duke,
While Todd can probably comment more prescisely, if you got a off the shelf turbo from TCD, it probably wont support 500+rwhp.
Andrew has a 60-1 and it wont support more than ~450whp. The biggest off the shelf TO4E is most likely under 450whp also.
What turbo do you have again? I would pressume that you'll need a GT series to make your power goals?

Yes, your GT35R wheel will support 550rwhp very easily.

93 Octane
Your turbo sucks and mine is optimized for this application!
My exhaust manifold is better for sure.
Your engine is much better.
Your tuning sucks ass.
Sorry,

Ok, is it a TO4E? What spec?

So their a push...or a edge to the M30b35.
Your tuning sucks ass.
Sorry,
Thats for sure, cause I can't...well, not totaly true, I can tune fuel, but not spark.
Can you post your AFR curve?

congrats todd. p.s. let me just say that this car pulled like a mofo on the back service road by the hotel when we were doing some late night datalogging. we need to get some more turbo 5's to the tedfest meet in toronoto next year.!!!

Cool........I just pulled the compressor map off of the internet and am impressed! My limitation will not be the turbo. Looks like the fuel system need a full upgrade to handle my goal.
I did not realize we went with a ball bearing turbo..........cool beans. I do believe we are swapping the turbine housing for a smaller one to help with spool time. The current one was intended for destroying cars on the Autobahn.

Duke,
You have the GT35R compressor wheel but not the ball bearing center section.

You can get them with ball bearings??? Can you get them with custom ported turbine outlets too??? 8)

Um,
Would the bearing section make that big a difference from that map? I wouldn't think so. That graph should be reasonable representative?

No, the compressor map would be the same. The ball bearing center section will make itself known on a dyno graph due to earlier onset of boost.
