Turbo noob here. Just picked a 1985 745i and the turbo does not spool up. Are there improvements that can be done to this platform? Were do I start.
Yes I have been reading the archives and I am still soaking the information.

Go to 745i web site. There is a ton of info there you can absorb also.

A friend of the list Scottie Sharpe runs the site.
