Well i haven’t started anything yet since I cant find out what’s the max boost that I can run on my 535is with the stock 745i turbo (K27) and my stock compression. I would like to have about 300hp

1. Would I need to lower the compression in my engine since its high,
2. Can I use double gasket in order to achieve that.

All the info I’ve been finding is all about the whole engine transplant witch I really don’t want to do. So any info will be great I been looking all over http://scottiesharpe.com and others....

You don't need to lower compression to make 300hp, wheel or not.

You certainly don't need a double gasket!. If you look at any dynos on this forum, you'll see that almost all M30b34 can make 300hp easy with no mods. You need to run ~12psi. You wil have to modify the M102/6 stuff to run that high of boost.

What would I need to modify exactly?

I also have the head and intake manifold from the 745i should I get it rblt and use it or use my stock head with stock intake manifold?

Also im planning to get the Jim Conforti chip or should i wait till i get the turbo installed.

Chip + turbo - no no. The timing curves are WAY too advanced to run any significant boost safely without pinging since they're set up to be used on a NA motor. A turbo chip from TCD may help, but I don't know if he's selling those by themselves or just as part of his kit.

The part you need to modify to run higher boost than stock is the wastegate. That's covered on Scott's site.

Also would you know what’s the best place to install the intercooler and where I can find a set of new gaskets for the exhaust manifold from 745 and turbo gaskets
