This car is a basket case. Money shifted engine, trashed interior, poorly repaired hood, etc. But it's a good starting point for a prototype car.
I purchased a 1998 m52b28 with 56k on it for $1000. That motor will serve as the basis for what will surely be a stout street car.

That won't be decided until next year Andrew.Don't worry you and TCD will be the first to know and will try to coincide it with some drag day on a Friday night before Tedfest down in Cayuga or Toronto Motorsport Park. Then we can invite the Maxbimmer Boys out to see TCD's turbo kits tear up the competition.
Yea Baby! Ted

We'll be bringing a superior product to market at a competitive price. Plenty of junk already out there for peanuts for the "budget" minded.
Our commitment to quality and 100% USA content doesn't allow us to price our kits "cheaply" as you suggest they need to be.

Any reason it wouldn't bolt up to an E34 525i touring?
A ~300 (conservative) hp E34 wagon for just a few bones would be alright

It'll work. It's a car I would love to own as well.

Change of plans. Sold the M3 and bought a 1994 325is M-Tec. The lift is almost free so work can start on it. It's getting:
SPAX springs
Bilstein Sports
Big Adj Sways
Aluminum flywheel and HD clutch
SEM Standalone
TCD-s2
Car whould be done by the 3rd week in January.
The Buzz Bomb received a new motor today. It's a non vanos m50b25. It's n/a for now but we'll see how long that lasts.

Hmm, E36 kit in the works; 325is done mid- to late-January; I bet the Buzz Bomb gets a turbo early-February.

Nice car you got Todd.
IIRC you bought that from Zubin @ Inmotive in Miami, right? Good friend of mine.
