47 deg. outside and 3rd gear wheelspin

I took a drive late tonite, and my in car Temp gauge said it was 47-49 deg. F outside.
I couldnt get ANY traction in 1st or 2nd gear. I had to give it about 1/4 throttle in 2nd to keep from spinning and just pegging the rev limiter.
I surely thought 3rd gear would be fine though. I stuck it in 3rd gear around 3000 rpm, and slowly rolled on the throttle. After the Turbo hit around 60-70 mph, the back end of my car starts going SIDE WAYS!!, so Im like "wtf", then slowly counter steer and slowly release the throttle. It was crazy counter steering to keep the car straight going that fast, im used to doing it in 2nd gear, but never 3rd.
Ive been running 15 psi for a while now, but Just recently fixed some intermittent connection Issues.
Now ive been moving my AFR from the High 10's into the Low to mid 11's, and the car is getting pretty fast.
When its warmer outside durring the day, slow rolls in 2nd usually causes wheel spin now.
Ive tried turning up the boost, but I think my Bosch Bypass Valve is leaking above 15psi. i heard it kinda fluttering while flooring it, and my boost wouldnt get any higher while using a Manual Boost controller, it actually dropped. So I ditched the Boost controller, and will just run 15psi Wastegate spring pressure for now.
I just need to flush my coolant because Ive been living with kinda bad cooling(coolant temp jumps up under substained boost), then I hope to get a Dyno done soon.
