On the S38 list someone just asked out of the blue "ok, if the M1 engine is the M88/1, and the Euro m5/m6 engine is the m88/3, what's the M88/2 , if it exists?"

The answer?

The Group5 M1 Race engine. A turbo charged M88!!

Mmmmm ... factory turbo M88 race motor :)
