need part number

Post by davidu »

Hi everyone out there, does anyone have the part number for the sealing ring used between turbo and manifold from a stock 745i. Mine was worn flat and have been using mr.gasket universal exhaust gasket and it keeps blowing out after a month or so .Another reason to by tcd manifold ....Also part number for bolts to attach turbo would be helpfull as mine are either stretched from heat or coming loose.

This is from RealOEM.com:

10 GASKET RING 57,2X2,39 11651273340

I was just looking really quick and didn't find the bolts, but you can browse around and probably find it. Otherwise, just measure the bolts and get them from your favorite hardware source.

No problem. ST springs arrived this afternoon while I was at the playground with my son. As such, I hope to be up that way early on Sat. to do my spring swap. I will check with Vance and if he as the extra items, I will PM you.

Ok the manifold studs are a larger diameter on the 745 and are titanium I think they are very light weight and will require drilling up a size and tapping but you cant just drill them out and tap them without mounting the manifold and useing a drill press and getting the holes in the proper place so the ports line up.

I am in the process of building a m106 bored to 94mm with b35 head and useing m106 manifold!
