528e turbo?
Just another generic Chinese turbo "kit". Dont bother. The fit and quality is very poor, and they provide nothing to address engine management. That turbo would also be way oversized for an eta motor. I dont think they make more than just the one size turbo for these kits. Its hard to say though because theres no way you'll ever find any real information about the turbo.
If you cant afford to do it right, with a legitimate turbo and manifold, you really shouldnt do it at all. Thats the core of your system, you dont want to go bargain basement on your key components. When that mystery manifold breaks or the turbo comes apart you will have to start over again.

O.K. first off that long ass stainless flange is going to expand so much you are sure to be shearing the bolts off the outer two cylinders. No reputable tubular manifold builder that I know of uses a stainless 1 piece flange on an inline 6 cylinder without making provisions for expansion. I weld stainless. It is a strange animal and expands way more than that aluminum head will. Individual flanges would have been the correct choice but then it would not be so chaep fab sucker buyer friendly.
And Dan is completely correct about the turbo knockoffs being the next closest thing to buying a stolen part. Hell they even use Garrett frame sizes to sell the thing . Any reference to a T3 or T4 to me is a trade violation as that is the Garrett nomenclature for their frame sizes.
It is better to have a few nice things than be buried in piles of crap. My .02
