They have the surface "oxidation" from sitting on the car for a month.

sorry i looked at my rotors after i posted and they dont seemed warped..Im wondering if i am experiencing brake shimmy due to worn control arms. Got any of those laying around?

i do have the old ones but the bushings are shot, i never got around to replacing them and i sold the ones i bought with new bushings.
30-50 MPH brake shimmy can be contributed by worn control arm bushings too. You can just jack up and support the car with stands and inspect them. They are dirt cheap!

well the upper control arm is 22mm nut and a 22mm bolt, lower control arm is 19mm bolt and 19mm nut.
You will need to extract and press in the new bushings. Also the tool to remove the control arm joint from the steering knuckle unless you plan to buy new control arms as well.
17mm for the wheels obviously.
The strut will need to be removed to access the lower control arm bolt since it sits on top. 19mm bolts for the caliper, 13mm for the strut nuts, 17mm for the steering knuckle.
