I have been pulling my hair out for the past three months trying to fill two (and now three) positions at the winery. I think I have filled the Maintenance Mechanic position and I am still interviewing for the Production Manager position. In the process, I have decided to add an apprentice level maintenance position.

I am in need of a good Mechanical Aptitude and Spatial Relations Test. Does anyone know of one?

TIA

Both the Air Force and Army aviation test has these types of questions, as does the combined military ASVAB (I think this is the latest iteration), and copies of the tests are in a study guide available to the public.

There are tests like these given at Community Colleges to adults to determine what their aptitudes are, because there are quite a number of adults in careers that they don't like, but they don't know where they want to move.

I'd apply, Spark, but a. I'm too old, b. I beat supervisors up regularly (mentally of course). and c. I cost too much. :p ~0

The ASVAB is dumb, I took it last year as a a junior in HS and did awesome with know studying or real mechanical classes (just what I've learned being around it all the time).

Spark,
If you have a Florida division, I may consider leaving academics :D
Cheers,
