DAMN IT!!!!! Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggggggggg.

I lost the oil line adapter!!! It was in my pocket and it must have gotton caught on one of my keys when I pulled them out of my pocket. I stopped at three different locations. Only problem is, we have about a foot of snow on the ground and there is now way to find that sucker. Looks like I will order on from MacMaster Carr now.

What are the odds?

UPDATE -

I found it. It was dropped at the parking spot at my office building. I am amazed that I found it in the snow. Whew.....Xmas early.

heh heh. St anthony at work.. After the last snow storm, I instucted #2 son to drive the Grand wag out to the parking lot out front and broom off the snow. Later, I noticed the jeep's hood ornament was AWOL. By now the lot had been cleared a few times and the hood ornament was at the bottom of a snow bank. I made a mental note to check the perimeter after the snow melted. Last Sunday, after communing with Bacchus at the beach, I remembered the missing bauble. As I drove through the parking lot, I guestimated where the thing would have been pushed to. I got lucky, I drove right to it. :D

Looks great! I just attached both down pipes and they fit perfectly. The injectors are installed too.

I have everything fitted to the engine now, need some pictures, disassemble and insert into the car.
