FS: E28 M5

Hello all, it has all come down to this...selling my dearly beloved Schwarz (Black) with Natur (Tan) interior E28 M5. Only about 1,300 were sent to North America and Canada..every single one came with that color combo. 1988 was the only year that the E28 M5 was produced. The car shares with the same engine as the infamous M1, S38 twincam 24v inline 6. I am the 3rd owner of the car and she has about 159k on the clock. It is garaged and babied. The car gets 3 fresh coats of wax every 6 months or so, so the paint is in pretty good condition. The car is definitely an attention grabber and a piece of history. She has a clean title and has never been into any accidents. I'm looking to get about $15,000 for her and please no lowballing. PM me for more details and info on the car.

Great looking car.
Actually M5 production ended in '87. Also, although rare, there were North American M5s with black interiors.

Again, beautiful car and good luck with the sale.

I think he was referring to the tires. I had the same setup on the euro 535i SE. Tires are 265-35-18R and 235-40-18F.

Thanks,, looks great. Do you have any driving issues running 18's? Is the car lowered at all or all stock
