Not E28...

Post by 1st 5er »

My new "Sweet Tart", 79 320i 4 speed.
Not sure what'll become of it.
Sold?
3.5 implant?
Time will tell...
Runs good as is, and the a/c works.

Have fun, I'm ready...

BADASS, Sherman. I would do an M20 swap. Make sure its a 173 M20. EAT chip, 4.11 gears and call it a day!

One of my good friends has a 320i. That car is in no way fast but it truly is a blast to drive with a good set of coilovers.
Good luck!

not knowing what to do with the car?, how about anything but sell it.

I think it's COOL! & E21's are fun, lots of fun. it's like a lightweight E28 coupe :D, so what's there to think about?

Thank-you.

It is pretty awe-full in so many ways.

But if you slipped on the spelling and meant awfully, well them's fightin' words... :duel:

Did the PO use the necessary spacing devices before installing that 533 wheel? ;)

Good luck. I'd say you have your work cut out for you, but the interior doesn't look too bad from here. Not sure what's up with the front fenders or those wheels. Is that primer on the left rear tire?

If you paint it black, you could have a little bro for your E12!

Yes, proper spacers on the wheel.
I'm a pretty quick learner.

Yep, primer on the tire(s).
That wasn't me, that was Julie.

'Lil' bro' instead of 'Sweet Tart'.
I'll have to think about that...
If I could get another one of these, well...

Hey Sherman; hate to tell you this, but somebody shorted you a couple of cylinders. I'd ask for my money back. ;)

Looks like a fun project/ride. Time to try the Rustoleum trick?
