And it won't be $500 list price like the BMW piece!

BTW, you know they changed that price for the hell of it? It was ~$50 in '08, then in beginning of '09, with 100 of them in stock in Germany, they released the new pricing of ~$500. It's crazy pricing.

I'd like the total rebuild to cost $125 or less if you send me yours, or less than $75 if I send you the new dogbone with the bearings, hardware, and drill bit. You'd just have to remove the old pins with a dremel or grinder and drill the holes with the correct sized bit. I have to figure out the best way to have the dogbone made now that I have the dimensions set. I may have a bunch of them laser cut or I may have them machined conventionally. If I can get a good price on those, I'll pass the savings on.

I sent the drawing out for quotes. I'll probably have it made of stainless (it'd have to be thicker if I made it of aluminum.)

Next up is the rod end linkages for the throttles since those things cost waaay too much (~$275 for the set of 3.)

Count me in ! The way pricing is going we'll need people like "the two Pauls" to help us keep our cars on the road.

Well the one you sent me is on the house.

As for the rod ends, I think I have found a source for them.

The sky is the limit for other stuff. If there is any problem lacking a solution, let me know and I'll see what I can do.

* radiator shroud that doesn't warp.
* a proper steering box rebuild kit.
* custom fuel rail (S38) with FPR fitted
* properly engineered reinforced pedal box.
* balanced exhaust cam sensor rotor with opposing steel and brass inserts.
* M badges that wont fade.
* M5 exhaust tips.
* carbon fiber front air dam splitter.
* aluminum rear trailing arms.
* finned big diff cover (like the Z3 one).
* block off plate for G280 reference sensor holes. For those who've converted to stand alone EFI.
* adjustable sway bar links front/rear to fit Dinan, RD, GC, etc.

All for now...

Got that covered with our aluminum radiator design. Will also have integrated electric fan option.
