problems with pms not working

Hi when I try to send a pm it tells me there is a problem and does not send.

Did you check your outbox? I'm seeing a problem where I get an error when I hit "submit" on a post, but the post goes through anyway.

x2 I got a few notifications of PMs, but no messages, which is fine, since I imagine these would be essentially spam.
