By the way, I reset all my internet stuff in Firefox AND Internet Explorer (haven't touched it in quite some time, but I got desperate and tried it tonight) and it still didn't help. I also repeated the procedure on my laptop, but to no avail.

Got an e-mail from him tonight saying he can't log in.

I kept trying to post from my Blackberry last night, but it would time out. Back at work this morning and I can access it fine. Thanks to Brett, I ran a trace last night and it's having issues at a certain IP. Not sure what to do now, but at his suggestion I will e-mail the info to my provider and hope it gets straightened out eventually.
Josh, can you not load the site at all? Or is the issue with logging in after entering your username/password?
If you were doing a traceroute, please be aware that not all routers or hops pass will pass ICMP data, so what you see may not be anything to get excited about. Also, I believe the firewall on the server is configured to block ICMP packets and is therefore not directly 'pingable'. I should probably allow ICMP but the hosting GUI interface doesn't allow for it and I've been too busy/lazy to configure the firewall manually

I attempt to access the site from my home computers and the connection times out. I did plenty of web surfing last night and MyE28 was the only site I could not get to. I'm not exactly sure what to do. I've got the trace data saved in my email if it is of any interest to you.Justin_FL wrote:Josh, can you not load the site at all?
