SO MUCH WIN! I may have to take out a loan now to finish my turbo build so it is up standard with this manifold.

Just got back from FedEx, I have updated the list with manifolds that have shipped today.
For those being shipped out of the country I will be using USPS. And will update once I can get them to the post office.
Thanks everyone..!!

Has anyone started mocking these up in the actual engine compartment. Pics please!

No mock up yet - probably won't get there for a bit myself. Need to get the cooling system straightened out, then the megasquirt conversion done.

Until then, starting to plan out parts. Going to go with a gt3582r 1.06. Seems like a good option for ~400hp.

Can someone confirm what set of options for this turbo would be appropriate for this manifold? For example, looking on atpturbo.com:

http://www.atpturbo.com/mm5/merchant.mv ... RT-TBO-006

Options:
1) Turbine Housing A/R: 1.06
2) Please Specify Turbine Housing Style: Undivided T4 flanged turbine inlet with 3" V-band

Thoughts? Other options? "3" V-Band ADD-ON for GT 4 Bolt 3" Selection"? Is this for the compressor/intake side?

Other vendors for this turbo? Want to buy new.

Thanks!

Aaron

It has come to my attention that the Precision Turbo 6262 (or similar) is worth considering as well. They seem to be a bit easier to come by and rebuild.

Can't find any specs yet to do a decent comparison of this vs the gt3582r.

Anyone running a Precision Turbo or can speak to them?

I went with a comp 61mm from TCD. For the price I couldn't beat it and it should meet my goals of about 400whp.

butt dyno feels like it added about 10HP to my setup.

i wonder what'll happen when i move it from the trunk to the engine.

Mine will be running here in the next couple of days as well! I'll post a pic once it's done. Shooting for ~500whp once my engine is broken in..... We shall see how it goes

Hey tcturbo, where did you route your wastegate exhaust? Recirc or open? I wanted mine open, but couldn't find a location for the exhaust out of it (frame rail way too close to go next to engine)..... So i ended up pointing the wastegate toward the fender well and ran my exhaust through there down next to my strut and front wheel haha
