Using A Scavenge Pump w\ A Turbo Set-Up

Hey Guys - on my turbo, I am running an old(er) Dinan cast manifold and the turbo sits very low.

The fitting for the gravity drain on the turbo is pointing directly at the fitting on the block. I am wondering if oil could back-up into the turbo or at least make it difficult to drain. Last thing I want to do is damage the turbo seals.

One way to address this is with a scavenge pump.
