Can anyone tell me what the white 6 pin connector in the glove box is for. There are three wires that lead into the engine wiring harness, grn, wht and blk..., and the other side of the connector that goes under the dash has grn, blk, blk/wht, grn/yl and grn/rd.
I'm thinking one of these wires are for the tach ... I'm lost from there. Have spent several hour in the ETM and can't seem to find this connector off the engine harness view. I guess the next step is to pull the ECU connector off and prob the pin and then try to match it up in Bentleys.
If anyone can give me a quick answer that would be great. I'm only concerned about the blk, grn and wht wires that feed into the Motronic. The grn/yl and grn/rd wire comming from the dash don't seem to connect to the engine harness.
