I just got a m30 for my e30. My plan is to charge it. In Denmark is it very unusual to charge a NA engine. So it's hard to find any Info on Danish boards. So i got some questions for you guys.
1
How many hp is possible on stock internals? Lot's og different Info on the internet got me confused. Is 400-480hp possible and still reliable?

What to use to max out the stock internals exept for the obvious? Arp, mls HG, injectors, standalone, intercooler, fuel pump?
3
How thick shoud the cometic mls HG be?
4
Which turbo woud be great to reach my goal?

I'm still working with an 84 m106 m30b34 so I can't speak to the m30b35. I'm only making about 350 ft #, maxing out the stock kkk27 turbo.
I broke several rockers until I upgraded to Ireland Engineering hd rockers, and upgraded the valve springs. I think the b35 has upgraded springs, not sure about the rockers.
Head gasket and tune are critical of course.
