That car price sounds very reasonable to me!
Not sure about the M20 bits.

I hear G265s without bellhousing are going for $1700 these days. Due to it's rarity I believe the M20 bellhousing is worth more than the M30. I'm assuming these are separate from the car? I'd ask $2K for the pair and probably take 1500.

The 533? Assuming it isn't too rusty and back registration isn't a killer like it could be in Calif, $2K sounds reasonable to a bargain for someone. Obviously paint and interior dependent too.

I don't recall seeing RonW here in a while, but you could always search memberlist and see when he last logged on.

Some information on the car's condition is needed. Is it rusty, if so how bad. Is the interior in mint condition or has it been attacked by wolverines.

I'm thinking of junking my spare E28 and was going to leave the worn out transmission in it. You mean I should pull the transmission before I junk it? It's a manual from 2/87.

When I converted my supereta to manual in 2011, I bought a factory remanufactured 5-speed from a dealership. I never thought my old transmission would have any value. Thanks for the clarification!
