Maybe this thread should be renamed to something like "Random Topic Thread", or "ADD Thread", or "ADOSD (Attention Deficit... Ooooh! Shiny Disorder) Thread", or "People Posting Random Crap Not Worth Its Own Thread", or ??? Let's discuss.

Mr. Middendorf and the ever shifty D.Tosh sent some goons over to "help" me edit this thread title. It seems it is in my "best interests" they said and then proceeded to soil my rug.
That rug really tied the room together.

No the random ropes holding the 2 x 4's together tied the room together, the rug was just a place to sit our beers without leaving a watermark on your wood floors. When are you going to get around to adding a roof to your home btw?

If I won the lottery and had money to burn I'd buy this just to display it because it looks awesome.

You'll never be able to prove any connection between me and your soiled rug.

Ever shifty. I kinda like that.

You know it; check the title. This thread used to be about nothing (but was always about something) but has transmogrified into The Thread of Randomness. Kind of a cool thing when you think about it... just a repository for all that crap that really doesn't deserve a thread of its own. Every forum needs one!

No not every forum needs one. Just the forums where I can be proud to call most of its members friends...

And I just finished a cup of hot cocoa. Was working outside for a bit tonight, and the temp is already in the low 40's. It's supposed to bottom out at 27°F tonight. Bye bye skeeters!

World of plastic, it's fantastic
You can brush my hair

I'm a sensation
Life is your creation

Sherman, I would love to but Amy would kill me. Plus the drive with a 1 year old would take twice as long.

If I were still working in news at ABC6/FOX28 I would be covering this story constantly. I actually miss covering the big ones. Sad though.

Sheriff: Owner of escaped exotic animals opened cages, then committed suicide

http://www.dispatch.com/content/stories ... ounty.html

I referenced the newspaper's story because it seems to cover the basics all inclusively.

Our server tonight was an absolute Goddess. Slap your Momma beautiful, blond hair, light blue eyes. Boioioinoioingg.
She even served from the right. Mmmhmmm.
Chelsea must have been very tall as I gave my order to her navel while seated. Later, upon checking up on me on the way back from the men's room my suspicions were confirmed as I had the pleasure of speaking into her chin this time.

Lavelle Crawford was on my flight into Tampa on Tuesday and my Chebby Impala rental had 5 miles on it when I drove it out of the parking garage.

Yesterday, just in time for Halloween, a big brown bat wiggled free from some debris I was carrying and hit the ground on its back. I turned and grabbed the closest tool which was a pitchfork (seriously?) and proceeded to poke at it for some reason. Now, as you can imagine it takes a good damn bit to make me scream like a girl but when that bat opened his wings and stretched out his mouth exposing the most gruesome set of teeth I've ever seen. . .well, I yelped falsetto and possibly even hopped back on one foot. Sorry to say, I went into "kill or be killed" mode and laid into that little demon stabbing it while still shrieking and hopping. The noise that came from that thing was something you'll never even hear come out of Hollywood!
After our little "dance" together the little bugger rolled over and flew off. I so thought I was dead.
