Wow. Amazing work. Why 2,5/2,8 manifold? Is it better than b35 manifold? I like the wheels too.

It's a 3.5 intake manifold. I cut/weld the 2.5/2.8 purely for the optical illusion when going to the technical control

That is dedication. I assume because of emissions laws in Belgium?

Looks fantastic. What's the spec on the cam and pistons?

Yes, more details please! What Crank, Rods, Pistons did you use? What are the Camshaft specs?

Beautiful work. Is she in and driving? I'm curious how the tuning went with 19lb injectors. I would have thought 24lb could have been more appropriate, depending on the cam and compression specs.

All the brackets, fuel rail etc - are they new, or have you had them re-finished?

No engine swaps allowed...

Crank, rods and pistons are stock M90. So 93.4mm flat pistons, 84mm crank. I was already too far into the build when I acquired an 86mm crank, would have been cool to have thrown that in there.
Cam specs:
duration @ 0.1mm: 294°294
duration @ 1.0mm: 243°243
valve lift: 9.45mm9.45mm
valve lift @ TDC: 2.00mm 2.00mm

Yes, been driving for almost 3000km now. No tuning yet as I have an exhaust leak preventing a correct WB lambda measurement. But it's running ok in closed loop with the NB lambda. Haven't ran WOT yet
If I remember correctly, the fuel pressure regulator is 0.5bar higher than the one that was with the injectors.
We'll see how it goes.

Everything has been sand blasted and painted/re-plated. Only a few buts/bolts are new.

Where did you source the adjustable cam gear & how was it notched with the timing grooves?
