535i inspection vs m5

Hi Everyone,

Quick question. I have a bentlys manual (535i) which I am going to follow to do the inspections 1 and 2 and general maintenance on my 1986 bmw e28 m5.
My question is is there any additional things that I need to do for the M5 that is not mentioned in the manual?

Valve adjustment and it would probably benefit from a throttle body sync and balance
